The Government of Pedro Sánchez has a close relationship with QuironPrevención. Ministries, public companies and other State organizations regularly contract the group’s services. A collaboration that leads to the amount of invoices paid by the Central Administration and its dependent organizations being twenty-five times that of the contracts paid by the Community of Madrid in the years 2022 and 2023. In those two years alone, the State and its associated organizations paid QuironPrevención invoices worth 49.64 million. In that period of time Madrid paid 1.97 million. That is, 25 times less. These are two of the three years for which Alberto González Amador, partner of Isabel Díaz Ayuso, is investigated and in which he is accused of having increased his turnover with QuironPrevención thanks to his relationship with the president of the Community of Madrid. This is clear from the data to which EL ESPAÑOL-Invertia has had access. They show how the ministries of the Interior, Foreign Affairs, Transport, Defence, Treasury, Territorial Policy or Ecological Transition are clients of the company for which González Amador worked. If we analyze the first of the years that this newspaper has accessed, that of 2022, we can see how the prevention company invoiced a total of 24.77 million euros to the different organizations dependent on the Government. The Community of Madrid paid in that year 946,121 euros. That is, 26 times less than the entire Central Administration. But also 14 times less than the accumulated amount of the rest of the communities, town councils and organizations in Spain. Something similar happened in 2023. That year the Government and its dependent bodies paid 24.87 million euros to QuironPrevención. It contrasts with the 1.03 million that Madrid paid, 24 times less. If it is compared with the accumulated amount of the rest of the autonomies and city councils, the situation is the same. In 2023, the 16 regions that are not Madrid paid 15.07 million to the health group. In addition to the aforementioned ministries, QuironPrevención also has contracts with the State Public Employment Service (SEPE) and the National Institute of Social Security. And also with companies such as Renfe, Navantia or Enaire. In the case of the Community of Madrid, there are contracts with the ministries of the Presidency, Justice, Economy, Treasury, Employment or the Assembly of Madrid. EL ESPAÑOL-Invertia has also verified that QuironPrevención works with the administrations of Castilla y León, the Canary Islands and Catalonia, as well as with city councils and universities. The choice of the years 2022 and 2023 is not coincidental. These are two of the three years – the other is 2021 but no data has been obtained – in which González Amador is accused of having benefited from QuironPrevención through contracts for his relationship with Díaz Ayuso. The investigation between 2021 and 2023 billed 4.4 million to the health company for consulting work related to the certifications necessary by the company. crimes against the State in the corporate tax. He is also being investigated for an alleged crime of unfair administration, corruption in business and money laundering in the purchase of a company. Now, from the data to which this newspaper has had access there is one thing that is surprising. The upward evolution of QuironPrevención contracting by the central government over the years. According to the figures, in 2024 28.5 million euros were paid while in 2025 34.47 million euros were paid. Figures that contrast with the 985,219 euros that Madrid paid in the first year and the 1.02 million in the second. An increase that is motivated by the need for the Central Administration to apply the new working conditions to which public employment must comply. The investigations by the Central Operational Unit of the Civil Guard (UCO) on González Amador have highlighted the dependence of his business on QuironPrevención. Through Maxwell Cremona, he invoiced around 4.4 million euros between 2021 and 2023 alone. However, as EL ESPAÑOL has reported, the evolution of his company’s turnover is in line with the growth of the healthcare company. The analysis of the billing history reveals that the hospital giant emerged operationally by expanding its market share, which in parallel raised Amador’s emoluments within the organizational chart. Sector sources remind EL ESPAÑOL that Isabel Díaz Ayuso’s current partner has been collaborating with QuironPrevención since its birth; and even before its formation, as it was a supplier for one of the companies that gave rise to the healthcare group’s mutual insurance company. Specifically, it already worked for Fraterprevención, the first mutual insurance company that the healthcare group bought in 2014 under the Mutual Insurance Law. After her, and in just over a year, the hospital group also acquired Fremap, Unipresalud and MCPrevención. Companies that were operating separately until 2017, at which time the merger of all of them took place under the QuironPrevención brand. In the last few hours, criticism has been made of the actions of González Amador, but especially of Isabel Díaz Ayuso. From the Popular Party this Friday they maintained the position that they have been maintaining in recent months on this matter. That is, this is an issue that “affects a private citizen.”
